Konda Kearton,

After an education in economics, and more
than 25 years in marketing and sales training, I have been in
real estate for over fifteen years on South Whidbey. I
work mostly by referral. Like all our consultants, I'm
Ecertified. Konda and husband Regnar, live in Langley.
Her two sons are on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Konda is
particularly interested in local housing issues and specializes
in new housing technology and design - from having sold almost
300 new homes on Whidbey. Konda has several times won our

Reece Rose,

Reece Rose has had several fascinating
careers in her life. All are now woven together into a

Island clients. Reece and her husband Rufus are known locally as

Bob Scott,
Senior Marketing Consultant
Born in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, he came
over to Seattle to attend the University of Washington
graduating from the Business School in 1957. After
graduating, Bob reported to the Naval Officer Candidate School
in Newport, Rhode Island and was commissioned an Ensign in the
Navy Supply Corps. He spent the next 20 years as a
manufacturer's rep selling exclusively to Military Exchanges
throughout the world. After transfers and promotions he
was made Worldwide Vice President and General Manager of the
Exchange Division of C. Lloyd Johnson Col, Inc. His working
career of 45 years ended with his retirement from Prudential
Insurance in 1999. "Well uh, in my capacity as a marketer, I
literally traveled the world. There are many wonderful
places but none compare to the beauty and tranquility of our
special island." |

I am a
professional. I have a Master's of
Architecture degree and 25 years experience
in design and construction. I have worked for architects on
residential, commercial and
institutional projects for 10 years. I was a General Contractor
in Washington for another 10 years.
I specialize in residential design and renovation projects, site
development and maximizing the potential of properties to suit

Ted Peterson,
Senior Marketing Consultant
Originally from Minnesota, I lived all
around the world during my 21 years as a Navy Chief. With
my Seattle-native wife, Britt, we found our way "home" to
Whidbey, and specifically to the Possession Shores neighborhood.
I have a Business Administration degree from Temple University.
I am licensed in Washington State as an Appraiser (trainee).
Currently working towards my Broker license, I also work with
several banks doing draw inspections throughout Whidbey Island.
This has given me the knowledge to assist my clients in the
process of new construction. As a lifetime member of
Disabled American Veterans, I am able to assist all Veterans in
the VA home loan program. |
